We currently have openings for the following positions. Applicants must have at least two (1) years experience in a home health care setting:
- Physical Therapy (PT) with Physical Therapy License
- Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA’s) with Physical Therapy Assistant License
- Speech Therapist with a Speech-Language Pathology License
- Occupational Therapist with Occupational Therapy License
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Applicants for these positions must have at least one year of hospital or home health care experience:
- Registered Nurse (RN)

- Medical Assistants (MA’s)
- Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA’s) with certification as a Home Health Aide or a current CNA
